Materials and Structure
The cage frame and feeding trough are constructed from magnesium-aluminum-zinc alloy, featuring self-healing properties, excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and durability against deformation and rust.
Net Design
The mesh is manufactured from high-quality galvanized wire with superior elasticity and smooth surface finish. No surface treatment after welding prevents damage to the birds. The elastic bottom net ensures eggs land softly, significantly reducing breakage rates. The extended distance of the egg bracket effectively prevents chickens from pecking at eggs.
Cage Spacing and Ventilation
The spacing between the two layers of cages reaches up to 700mm, facilitating optimal ventilation and light penetration while preventing chickens from pecking at manure.
Back Net Design
The back mesh features denser grid patterns specifically designed to minimize pecking behavior among chickens.
Feeding Trough Design
The feeding trough is integrally molded by CNC cold bending machine with sloped bottom to prevent feed accumulation. The front and rear edges are raised to eliminate feed overflow while ensuring high strength and resistance to deformation.
Rearing Capacity
The cage system can accommodate up to 12 tiers, with a single building capable of housing up to 250,000 birds. This high-density rearing system enables centralized management, significantly saving land, labor, and energy resources.
